Yes — within 14 days, no questions asked. Wallet balances are refundable any time (minus the 3% Stripe processing fee we never see). Downgrade is a one-click action; the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Bring your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter, or Cohere. Your generations route through your account and we don't bill the AI portion — only the infra and orchestration margin. For heavy users this drops your bill by up to 60%.

Choose your region at signup: US (Virginia), UK (London), EU (Frankfurt), AU (Sydney), or IN (Mumbai). Data stays in-region. Cross-region transfers happen only for billing aggregates (anonymized).

Ultra and Enterprise tiers can replace our branding with yours: custom domain (we verify DNS), theme tokens (colors, logo, font), email-from identity, signup flow, and a client-facing portal. Reseller margins are configurable per agency-of-brands.
